Exclusive: Rockie Fresh Debuts New Song In London

On Thursday 3rd October 2013, Maybach Music Group’s latest addition – 22 year old Chi town rapper Rockie Fresh – hit the stage at The Forum in Kentish Town, London, as the opening act for the European leg of Mac Miller’s “Watching Movies With The Sound Off” tour.

Half way through his set, Rockie decided to let loose a brand new joint produced by his DJ and long time producer, L Peezy, and LozzaMusic.com was on hand to capture the moment!

MMG’s compilation album “Self Made 3” is in stores now featuring two Rockie Fresh singles: “God Is Great” and the Hit-Boy assisted “What Ya Used To” and although it’s unclear as to when or on what we’ll be hearing this song in full, the lyrics do hint that perhaps we could be expecting a new Rockie Fresh project in June 2014: “I’m slept on so right now my name may not ring a bell / But pretty soon by next June then y’all gon’ be on me / So if you don’t get it, still act like you know me”.

Our exclusive interview with Rockie from the night is coming soon!
