Ne-Yo – R.E.D. | Album Stream
Having finally got a hit in the form of “Let Me Love You (Until You Learn To Love Yourself)”, Ne-Yo’s fifth album R.E.D. hit stores on Halloween and here it is to stream online in its entirety.
With Ne-Yo’s presence and relevance in the pop world arguably being a shadow of its former self right over the past couple of his years and his last album “Libra Scale” not having the impact of previous releases, I have said before that this album really could be his last chance and if it flopped, could quite easily spell the end of his career as a solo artist. Luckily though, he’s stayed consistent as ever and stuck to what he does best for the vast majority of the album, which is mass appealing, quality R&B. It’s far from a masterpiece but is more than enough to retain his position as one of today’s elite songwriters and as still a major force in R&B in such an important time for the genre as it’s on the rise back to the strengths and heights it was Ne-Yo first stepped on the scene.
