Mary J Blige – Everyday People 2012

Even in 2012 at the ripe old age of 41, you still know that anything Mary J Blige puts out is going to just have that extra quality and be better than 95% of all the other females out there.

Here’s her brand new track “Everyday People”, her take on Sly and the Family Stone’s 1968 hit by the same name and is produced by Jermaine Dupri and Bryan-Michael Cox, both of whom know exactly how to make a hit! Mary will be releasing her eleventh album “My Life II… The Journey Continues (Act 2)” somewhen next year and although it’s unclear if this will be part of the cut, if she’s managed to get JD out of his production retirement, then 2013 could be a very good year for pop music.
