Emanny – Broken Heart
Having been on a hiatus for a few months now, New York City hailing singer-songwriter-producer Emanny is back with a bang, dropping a brand new track via his twitter, “Broken Heart”.
It’s a mid-tempo R&B joint, taking it back to the early 2000s but reminding us what’s so simple yet has been so lacking over the past couple of years when it comes to R&B music, mixing a fairly commercial beat with Emanny’s soulful vocals in what sounds a lot like Ne-Yo and Stargate’s earlier works.
The track isn’t currently attached to any forthcoming project from Emanny but we are still waiting on his debut album, which was previously pencilled in to be called “Road 2 Da High Life” although its likely that will change so if all goes to plan, I wouldn’t be surprised if this ends up being the lead single.
