Ciara – Sorry | Official Music Video

As much as I like her, seeing the quality of Ciara’s music continue to deteriorate and deteriorate over the past few years had lead me, and pretty much everyone else who’s still been following her, to believe that she’d got to the point of no return and would continue on the slippery slope into obscurity.

However, around this time last year, it was revealed that she’d reunited with LA Reid and signed to his newly rebranded Epic Records in what would be her perfect break to make a serious comeback, as if she couldn’t do it with Reid, I think it’s fair to say that it was never going to happen. Fast forward a year to now and with her fifth studio album “One Woman Army” just around the corner with the release date set for December 4th, here we we have the project’s first single, “Sorry”, written and produced by Jasper Cameron who was also responsible for her 2006 hit single “Promise”.

Before hearing it, I wasn’t sure what to expect but all I can say is that I wasn’t expecting something this good, at all! Ciara has really outdone herself on this one and this exactly what she needs to be doing right now.
